So before I had zander I weighted 140lbs well after I had him I weigh 175 uuugggg. I so need to loose weight but needed motivation. I really need motivation to get this extra weight off. I would like to all in all get back to the 140 I was pre Zander. That means I need to lose 35 lbs. My plan and goal is to go to the gym mon, fri, and sunday. I know odd days but there the days we DONT have anything else planned. All other days are fully booked with soccer, softball and misc. other crap that comes with having 5 kids. I hate going to the gym but I am going to push myself to do it. I am also going to start to really watch what I eat no fast food. I also will continue with my weekly hikes as long as the weather permits. Maybe just maybe I will get lucky and be the biggest lose and win the cash prize at the end. Who knows. Wish me luck and check out my blog if you want.
